Yellowshaker I have no new Idea's to share,if you have eliminated the receiver and transmitter as possible causes, and every other component has been checked and eliminated, what is left? Run back through the list, what has not been attempted, your sure the right side track is not dragging on the hull, inner fender,or bracket. This is a very odd situation, but their has to be a cause, their is not that much that can effect track speed that is not clearly noticeable? Blake

I know brother, that's what has me going nuts. It seems liek something should be popping out and yelling at me!! I have gone over this thing ten times and cannot, for the life of me, find the trouble. I really wish I had some guys closer that could look at it. The guy I purchased the Tamiya Pershing from was looking at it today and couldn't believe how well built it is. I let him drive it and he said it feels smoother than any of his tanks. Go figure......

Well guys, I took a beather from the frustration of trying to figure this out and made some add-ons for the build...it's all done now except for my little problem... What do you think?

Well, guys, I spent another couple of hours with this thing...still no luck. Here is what is messing with my head. When it is turned on, the trim has to be full left to be driveable. If you center the trim you can hear the one motor start to engage. This seems to be an electrical problem. I istalled all the electrical compoents from my perfectly working Tiger 1, including using the transmitter and crystal from the Tiger...the problem is still the same with the trims. This is making no sense to me at all, as the elctrics are from 2 diferent tanks and work differently in both. This is leading me to believe that something in that hull is causing this electrical problem...if I can solve that, I believe the problem will be fixed....never seen anything like this before though.

did you say you have a metal hull? You may be right with some grounding issue or short...
