thanks ice and blake i found some tiny beads off the wifes necklace to put on the ends of bolt handles

have just completed schmo grills drilling the holes and putting nuts and bolts in was a nightmare as my fingers are to fat
just one question what are the 2 holes for just above the fans

The holes just behind the fan are the screw holes to attach the top to a Tamiya hull as the Matorro hull is a direct copy of the old twin clutch Tamiya KT. I used these on my KT to attach it to my 2nd hand Tamiya chassie. Hope this helps

i have dremeled out the loaders hatch so i can put in full sized figuers also i sold all the mattoro electronics and gearbox on ebay got over 50 quid which surprised me as there rubbish so it payed for new rx-18 and bits

almost ready for painting just waiting for loaders hatch interior from steve plus i had to make 2 brackets for the jack as they were broken when i got it
i think the KT looks quite cool done in red oxide
