Yes, the motors came with transmission, they available in several variations of voltage, gear ratio and direction of the transmission output.
I choose the winch because the real M113 have the same solution.
TongDe recommend a servo because the TongDe electronic can´t handle a winch, a servo have fix endpoints, a winch dosn´t.

Thank you Herr Hamm and Ecam: I did a quick online search for N20 motors and found scads of them! When the money tree shakes, I will pick up a few and stash them among my store of "maybe someday I'll need this" goodies.
