Toes for scale!

Looks like a interesting kit and a neat build you've got there. You have the Coolbank Stuart, correct? How does the driving experience compare?

Mike.

AlanWhite,
You'll enjoy the Tank, I warrant. It is a strong mix of Model Kit and RTR ( More so than even Heng Long or Hooben ) without some of the niceties like not having to glue on wheel covers to keep from losing them. The Crispness of the Details says a lot about how far we have come into a new Modeling Future. I'll follow along and see what you do with your Crusader!

Painless

Mr Collector!
I would wear socks around the house more often but all the floor tiling would certainly make for a 'painful' slapstick disaster! The speeds are comparable between the tanks. As has been of note, the Crusader has some difficulty in rough terrain when trying to make a fast turn. Putting this down to the type of gearing used ( in both Tanks ) and the extra length of track contact vs the Stuart. I like a scale speed and the controller\tank combo is capable of this with a careful hand on the stick.

Painless ( Constantly watching in case I lose a Road Wheel Cap out in the Rough )

I guess there isnt much in the way of extra or upgrade parts for it seeing as its fairly new out ?
Cheers

AlanWhite!
Coolbank did their Research Homework. Outside of adding Crew Members, you shouldn't have to do much to have a great, detailed and RC Model of the Tank.

Martin2556!
Thank you for looking in, Sir! I have a fondness for early War armor and AFVs like the Crusader, Churchill and Matilda and Matilda 2 are highly regarded by me.

Love the work you have done on the Crusader, As you say there is not much to put on any pre and early WW2 armour because they really were very simply constructed originally.
What does make me smile is the years you Herman and a few others were begging for one or more of the Chinese factories to build a British Tank and would it please be a Centurion at first,
Finally they have  and now we are getting overrun with British Armour :haha:
Take care old friend mind the splinters in those bare feet.

I still believe the venerable Matilda is the most iconic of all of them with the Churchill next.
The Crusader had an awful rep but is none the less an important vehicle in the inventory for tank nerds like us.
