Re: sherman
bubbajoexx, I'm really sorry for you mate. Your disappointment shows through in your posts and understandably so.
Your to be commended for coming out with an immediate review of this Sherman. Your going to save a lot of us money, because a lot of people will steer clear of this tank and I'm one of them.
Very disappointing.
STEINER.

Re: sherman
do you have a pic on how the bogey sysem is attatched to the hull? the reason i asked is because before mato/hl decided to commit to an m4 project we were working on our own sherman project. I wonder if our vvss would be able to work with the tracks, idler and drive sprockets. you mentioned the tracks were too wide, so they are not to true scale? are the bogies just a one or two screw bolt on?

Re: sherman
yes familar with the fov sherman. to me it seems like a interesting problem. but i think it could be overcome. even though i swore against and at the mato line of rc tanks, it will need a little more investigation.
Re: sherman
I was going to get a Matorro sherman to build a barv out of it, but having had a look at Joe's pictures and the extra work that needs to be done to the gearcase cover and the susspension . I don't think I will bother. may have a look for a second hand Tamiya Sherman on ebay to do the job even though it has HVSS instead of VVSS
