I love the fuel cans/mounts on the rear fenders. I have some files to print the cans for whenever I build my Churchill. Those mounts look great though. It's a personal peev of mine when stuff just gets glued to a model with no visible retention mechanism.

I think my brain cells agree with Ecam's two. But mine are all rolling around on the floor under my modeling bench, so I only heard from a few of them.

Haha thanks, you both made me laughHerr Dr. Professor wrote: ↑Thu Oct 09, 2025 2:45 am I think my brain cells agree with Ecam's two. But mine are all rolling around on the floor under my modeling bench, so I could only heard from a few of them.
Thank you!
I tried to make the fuel cans mounts from 0.3mm styrene but that was too thin and too fragile so I ended up printing them as well!
They are quite strong once the cans are glued on them. The brass rods and tiny wing nuts are quite fragile though, you catch them quite easily when manipulating the tank so you have to be very careful!

Two words come to mind. Bloody awesome. My brain cell cannot even comprehend the skilled work on here.ColemanCollector wrote: ↑Wed Oct 08, 2025 8:13 pm One word comes to mind looking at the complexity--CRISP!
