Anyway, I have now completed the the essential part of the building. The model room. It seemed a lot larger without anything inside. It is now warm, cosy, and all my crap can be left out, so ensuring a harmonious household.

Decking going up. It has its advantages working for the cooncil. Tool can be borrowed. Getting the levels was fun. Not. 600mm diferance side to side. And 1200mm front to rear.

Love the mancave mate and a roof over the decking will be a godsend :thumbup:

Decking and steps now completed, apart from the balustrades.

Two steps forward. One backwards. Started to install the wood stove. As I am a numpty, I dropped a clanger. Used the wrong board behind where the stove is, so having to take off the fire retardant plaster board, to install fire board.
