Tighter track tension is key. Make sure the wheels are properly aligned and the idlers are adjusted correctly. Also, try using a slightly thicker lubricant on the tracks and sprockets.

NO, just not track lubrication!
This is the last thing that can come to mind if you are not riding indoors!!!
Everything that is sticks to the lubrication and turns into an abrasive, maybe someone just wasn't lucky, but we had experience in the club, we held a trial, everyone who had bearings or lubricated the tracks, had to spend money on buying new parts the following week.
For example, I also remove the bearings and put in bushings if we are going to ride on mud and sand ...
