3D printing is still evolving.
It is now possible to buy a printer that is not too expensive and can print almost indestructible nylon easily (Bambulab P1S).
As for resin printers, today there are extremely durable resins like Siraya Blu.
There are cheap and very large resin printers under $200 with good quality.

It hasn't always been like this.
We used to have only filament printers that could only do PLA and ABS (and ABS extremely difficult).
Today it is completely different.
Also in terms of ease of use.
Definitely recommended...

But I warn you, it's quite addictive.

Here are some new videos.

In the first one you can see the possibilities of new materials for 3D printing.
Significantly more durable than injection moulded styrene.
That's why I always say that converting a static model to an RC model is not the way to go.At least not for me.



The second video shows the door locking.
Same as on the original vehicle.
The only difference is that I didn't get small enough springs.
Those are missing and won't be there - they will only be on the 1/6 scale version.
