Ponder all you like, I'm still wondering what the difference is either side of the road? We both use the same internet provider, live in the same town and road, our postal codes are only one digit different, yet, Ali Express doesn't like me

I don't think it's about the side of the road. I suspect you could be on "the list".

Thank you again for the kind offer. As you can see, I managed to obtain one. Weird thing. My neighbour across the road was able to order one and have it delivered, yet I wasn't, very strange.
