You can't have Girls und Panzer, without the Girls.

Although I have seen comic book like drawings, I have never seen the Anime films of Girls and Panzer, but I am curious as to its appeal (to girls and more, no?). I have guessed that the appeal might be empowerment. Regardless, those figures really do capture the look of the Anime stills I have seen. This is unique and so well done!

Not so unique to those of us with fond memories of the General.
I think I am about to upset someone

"[T]}he General." I fear something is going over my head here. "The General" to me is a U.S. Civil War train chase and/or a 1926 Buster Keaton film. Did I get it?

Actually, the appeal is more close friendship, team work, and good sportsmanship amongst the teams. Plus, the animation is unparalled.Herr Dr. Professor wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2024 2:31 am Although I have seen comic book like drawings, I have never seen the Anime films of Girls and Panzer, but I am curious as to its appeal (to girls and more, no?). Ohmigosh! Cartoons extolling virtue! How fine, indeed. Certainly those are different from the cartoons of my warped childhood.
