Seeing this build from last year, I decided I'd better look at your earlier builds. You are a master builder! What more can I say?

Been a while since last posted, thx for the comments, appreciated.
Finally got around to making the front two tow shackle mounts, i have been putting it off as they are rather complicated affairs on Scimitars, not your standard plate with a hole.
Each one is made up from 12 pieces of plasticard, the small boss with a hole on the inside edge has a metal line fitted in it which goes to each headlight probably to run the electrics, "yet to be fitted"

Ah yes, the annual "crikey, its only a month to Blackpool, gotta get my finger out!!" spurt of activity

The only way I can figure for a skilled wizard like you to make these of plasticard is by laminating layers, adding tiny, curved parts at ninety degrees to the main body, and laminated sub-assemblies (as e.g. for the " small boss with a hole on the inside edge"). Did I get that right? Wow...just WOW!

I think there are Swiss watchmakers with clumsier fingers than you, Sub!

I concur with your guess, Raminator. That's close to what I was thinking. However, I was wondering if the main body, in red in your edited image, is actually laminated of two pieces of plasticard. Look at the subtle line that may suggest a seam:

Tiger 6...you are sooo correct..lol.
Herr Dr...you are somewhat correct, the top portion you pointed out is 2 parts laminated together on a single central spine, the front S shaped part is a 1 piece of plasticard moulded to shape and cut with the flanges on top and bottom, then all the other bits added on individually.
Raminator....you pretty much nailed it with the above exceptions.

Made up some antenna bases which fit either side of the turret, plasticard and tube and brass tube, the insulators are turned on the lathe from solid resin bar then drilled for the brass tube to allow the aerials to slide in and out.
Thx for continuing to follow this long project more to come....front wing mirrors and light repeater pod ( fits on drivers front auxillary light bracket ) to make next.
