Yes mate my lack of knowledge entirely. The system works but I could not get it to run off a new transmitter so I bagged it and went with something I know.

Yep, that 100% right Mr Lav, but its just that I dont want to rely on other folks to sort electronic hassles out ad-infinitum.
The H/L 7.1 is really good and a lot better than the Tamy stuff now anyway, it was more of a cost saving thing than anything, use what I had over getting a new system.
Put with a new speaker over the poor ole moth-eaten one that was in it, the sound is great and all the functions are perfect.

Cheers Mr E, the timber was actually more difficult to get right than I thought, but its worked out ok ;)

Awesome Stug you have there. I like the rounded schurzen and the fact you painted them with a different camo. The scratches on them are great too!

Yes I agree!

I also agree with you regarding the TK 7. 1, they are very nice for the price, lots of options (I can't even run them all as Im using a tk 7.0 transmitter!). The TK 7.1 is very great for modern tanks.
