Tamiya 1/35 Tiger I (Early model - non R/C), soon aquired after seeing "Kelly`s Heroes" when I was about 14yrs old I think

I think at about 7-8 years I got a Airfix Spitfire. I was totally sold. Wanted to be a fighter pilot, and you know, no I am working in a IT company. Not the dream 40 years ago

No one in my family was ever into modelling so I am learning new things as I go along building up my Panzer III. That is my first model apart from a few plastic pre-painted plane kits and such
