Possible solution is to make longer cables, use double sided mounting tape and turn the speaker across the hull at the front and then fit the MFU behind it. The Abraham’s is a tank I was advised unfortunately for you to avoid.
Obviously do a dry fit before taping anything down.

Just check it out. Open the hull so that the upper does not touch the lower and start the turret rotation to check that the cables in the slip ring rotate freely. Or just try to turn the cables by hand. There shouldn't be any resistance. I bought my slip ring on eBay for $ 20 and I have no problems with it.
