Great Tiger, Stian! I really like the canvas bow machine gun cover and excellent sound and weathering certainly enhances the tank. I wish I had a cool driving track like you have created.

Thank you Mr Trora for our sixth Tigertastic submission

I remember building models at that age, never a care in the world about about what people thought, we just did it.

But what if our eyes aren't so keen
Come on Rob, you need a better sales pitch than that, I need to feel the love you have for your armour ;)
Well. after some research, and wanting to do a Tiger that was as late as late could be, and having done a few Tigers over the years, I bought a Torro Late version, metal running gear, torsion bar suspension etc, and started modding it. There is a rainwater channel at the base of the turret, the missing deck clamps have been installed, barrel cleaning rod removed at the rear, lowered the cupola, smoke dischargers, and added zimmeritt behind the track guards (it was applied at the factory before the guards were fitted, so if the guards got knocked off, then the zimmeritt would be visible behind them).

The tow ropes have been removed, but clamps made, the rods each side of the turret have been removed, the plate moulded into the front deck was ground off and a new one made that was 3D with bent edges.

The internals are an Arduino 2560, PWM signal converter, Turnigy rx, DasMikro micro sound card, voltage regulator, 3 speed controllers, servo recoil, and muzzle flash. This is the same set up in a Heng Long Leopard.

Mr Egorz, you can still enter if you have another Tiger1, it is the Tiger1 you won with in March of 2018 that can't enter.

This one in our winners gallery.
