The little miracle on the tracks takes place thanks to this modification made by my friend Mauro:

Who also took care of the details necessary for the installation of the new rims:

Image

You cannot be good at everything ..... You must know how to delegate to those who are capable  :lol!:

The priceless satisfaction of a job well done beats any race or battle:

Meanwhile, we have defined the front axle:

Image

Image

Image

The set up on the vehicle will be arranged with the new tires.......in the meantime, let's think about the rotation of the turret

Work is carried out on the interface side member Juckenburg-Asiatam.

The choice fell on a C-folded aluminum sheet that will jointly join the two pairs of side members:

Image

SOn the interface side member I created the slots for the motors, for the turret axis, for a transverse side member that I preferred to leave in its place:

But let's start the ..... presentations: :lol!:

the new (correct) tires

the magic of 3D printing ;D

Astrid has new shoes:

And they are definitely fine :lol!:

It's a dirty job .... But someone has to do it:

It's already astounding  - so what will it be like when it's completed... :D
Overcoming adversity can bring real joy. Asiatam products often provide loads of it: the adversity, that is- not the joy :lolno:
Wonderful problem solving so far, and sensible delegation too ;)

Nice one using the metal frame work as a part of the circuit .A good way to feed awkward positions that need power.

the works continue:

Image

too small, all to be redone!

But despite all the failure, it is sometimes around the corner:

Image

Image

Image

Image

..... inspections never end:

Jukernburg had pasted it, I prefer a more correct installation:

Starting from a basic idea we evolve:

From the brass of two mm it goes down to steel by a millimeter:

Final results:
