As T Z is a business, and it's the weekend, this may be why you didn't get any answers/replies, that's why I said contact them tomorrow.

Depending on which reviews you read, I think it's best to give them a chance to rectify this before the frustration of the situation takes hold. Always best to be patient, no matter how frustrating it feels. Sorry if that sounds obvious, and I'm not trying to insinuate or insult. As we don't really know each other, it's hard to know what advice to give.

Yes I will give them a chance of course, just have a bad feeling I've dropped a clanger!!

Did you get hold of Tank Zone and were they helpful?

Yes all sorted, replacement tank arrived today in fully working order and the faulty one sent back.
I can only say that I've received as good as customer service from Tankzone as I would expect from anywhere so it's been sorted as quickly as possible.
Thank you to all on here that offered advice.
