Heres some more pictures of the rear convoy light . I put some bluetack over this when I sprayed it , so Im going to have to touch it up around the fibreoptic cable ends ? Again it looks brighter than it is in the picture.

Im experimenting with producing a recoiling barrel . As Im out of work Ive used a second HL extended barrel to do this , thanks Brel . I have removed the barrel and extension piece , drilled out the sleeve to take the barrel . But later decided to take a fraction more out so I can fit a brass sleeve inside the sleeve/mantlet . This should help the barrel recoil smoothly . As for the barrel Im not sure if to extend what I have or simply make another extension piece to extend the barrel to the required length . As this will be metal hopefully it will recoil ok . I have yet to buy a recoil unit  :( However Id like to know which cable powers the recoil as I have the gun elevation still wired but the BB firing will want re wiring ?????????????.

I have decided to leave the metal extension on the plastic HL barrel and have now added another metal extension piece . This I will try once I sort the recoil unit out .

I have done a little more to my Tiger . I have altered the two front superstructour points were the c hooks hang on to late war stlye and added the frontal zimmerit . Ive also added some more zimmerit were I dont think Ive seen it done before ? ( on the tank that is  ;D ) I will post some pictures during next week . Ive nearly done . I have to make my Aber clasps , tool holders  :-\ :-\ :-\ been putting this of realy , sort out the tools on the deck decide the best way to make or buy the tow cable and cleaning rod holders. And decide the best way to adjust the Asiatam suspension arms ? Then its spraying time . I do have to get a RX18 board , recoil unit and a battle system yet to .
