Just about done. I have to put the pins in to hold the screens onto the bar mount, but that's about it. I'm gonna try and get some pictures outside in the sun in the next couple of days. Until then, here's a couple of shots with the flash, and the rest without.

Without further ado, here's the eye candy...
I had painted this one over a year ago, so I had to try and match the pattern. Got pretty close, I think.

Well done there! Your Winter version is sufficiently different to other takes on the theme we've seen here, as be to be fairly unique. There are some refined examples of handiwork there and, at the same time, an overall result that you should be proud of.
Are those .223 REM shell casings, by the way? I once worked out that scale-wise, the 0.223 in or Nato .556mm shells would make a decent approximation of a German 88mm...
Of course, they cause also pass for the 75mm on the Pz IV.

Thanks for the great comments, guys! I was really pleased with how the finished product came out. It made a nice diversion from other projects. I do know that the next time I do screen schurzen, I'm hunting up some brass screen. It'll make the project so much easier!

Thanks! I think it's the first time I've seen any screens done. The shells are .17 cal. Not sure of the mm on them. A buddy of mine shoots them and saves me a handful of brass every so often. I thought they looked perfect for the 75mm shells.
