Top speakers for RC Tanks?

I'm using the Visaton FRS 7S - 8 ohm speakers now pretty much exclusively. I literally blew out a Taigen speaker with the new Clark TK50 board. I'm lucky because a very large Visaton distributer is only 3 hours away from me here in Texas. The Visaton options below mean I'm spending about twice the amount of a Taigen 3W speaker ($7.99US), but it is a much better sounding solution. Bought them in bulk this time so got them for $9.20/per speaker:

I don't like just bare speakers so I did buy the grills that go with them for $4.90/each:

I'm just mounting them in a very cheap project box I found for around $3. I just cut a 2 3/8" hole with a hole saw and drill the mounting holes.

There’s a modified version of the standard Heng Long speaker. Same shape and size, but with a sort of diaphragm instead of the flat circular plate. I have a couple, and they are louder and better-sounding to my ageing ears. They look similar and are the same price as the original versions, so have to be selected carefully.

The speaker that the CS leopard uses is good and it has a smart shape. It’s 8w 8ohm. Toucan Hobby sells it on eBay, search “Panasonic speaker rc tank”
