Well Mr. Bix,
I went to to the postal service and it looks like $26 to $30 bones to Gold Coast, Australia. 8O I thought this was a bit pricey, ...seeing how the parts are only $16 to $20 online. It might be cheaper for you to actually buy them and get cheaper shipping cost through one of these online companies, than it would be to get them for free for me and pay the postal shipping cost. Kind of crazy, I thought for sure it wouldn't be that much. Guess that shows how long its been since I shipped something. Well anyways, let me know what you think and we'll go from there.

Hi Mr. Bix,
Yes I agree with you...Postage is ridiculous these days  I can hold on to it for ya when your ready and, I thought maybe I can try to use a padded envelope to send instead of a box, this might make a difference in the postage
Have a good one!!!

Happy with a padded envelope mate, it sure will make a difference.
Tell ya what, send it in the envelope when you can, I still need the bits and I’m willing to speculate on the reduced post !!
I will pm postal details shortly

Good morning,
I received a parcel from OzArmor in about 10 days and the parcel post paid was a reasonable 15.00 US. Items were in a box and not an envelope and came to me via USPS. I was surprised because post charges from Oz normally cost quite a bit more.

This poor old thing is going on the build bench tonight !
I know zero on the finer points of TAMIYA tanks so this will be a bit of stumbling along like a 3am walk home after a big night out !!!

A list of pain in the buttocks that is this Tamiya........

Roadwheels will not come off. Grub screws loctited and striped.
Turret rotation unit falling apart.
Turret section screws stripped and super glued in place.
Barrel broken off its mount into the recoil unit.
Barrel mount flopping around like an untrained fur seal.
Plaster or similar all over the roadwheels
So many screws in various places striped & glued in position.
Right side armour melted
And thats just for starters.

Its a renovators dream for sure. :/
This is what Im hoping to end up with.......

Herman,
I know wherefore you speak. Mike's Tiger was daunting in that it was a ( make a static model version into a complete RC tank with Bespoke electronics mated with Tamiya motor bits ) job. I know that you will get this one knocked out and enjoy it to boot.
