My JT is built from scratch and the process is very long , but the tub is plastic , the insert duralumin , steel beams . Reducer planetary . The top plastic tank with increased duralu . This tank is very beautiful and interesting structurally , this machine I really like !

Hi,
a minor Update without Pictures...

Searching for Lipo Pack is over, find this:
https://hobbyking.com/de_de/turnigy-nan ... -pack.html
Fits perfect between Gun and Motor Partition Wall.

At the Gun i modified the Place of Elevation-servo,
because the Servo touched the Frontarmor.

Stay tuned..

Such impressive engineering and fabrication, Jürgen! It will almost be a shame to cover it all with paint. I guess it's lucky that a metal surface takes paint so much better than plastic does and gives a much more realistic look, so the final product will still retain the je ne sais quoi that the metal provides. Keep it up!

A very impressive build of a kit not so easily assembled. Can't wait for the next installment of your painstaking build.

Can we go back to the beginning for a moment? What bonding agent did you use to bond the aluminum base plate and lower hull side panels? Did you have any problems inserting the torsion bar anchors in the slots in the base plate due to the precise tolerances of the laser cut pieces?

Beautiful work. :thumbup:

Hi,
it´s a special 2-component epoxy for Aluminium => 3M Scotch-Weld DP 490.
The Pieces not Lasercut - it´s a Basic set from Christian Ludwig.
Most Parts are precise an fit together without any extrawork.

Now Pictures from the Progress:
