It's not Brittish but I would like to see a 1/16 M3-LEE, OR THE GRANT.THEIRS AN OLD MOVIE WITH H.Bogart in the Libian desert with an M3-LEE I believe.It's odd that the asian manufactures don't model Brittish Tanks,could be thier version of political correct behavior.But it would be great to be able to have a lot more classes of armor in 1/16 scale.And we should probably mention the French,no forget that last thought.

That would be Lulubelle in Sahara!  Mato Mart has plans to release both a Lee and a Grant in the future.  Did you vote in the poll I posted(my own website)?  It's in 3rd place.

I think the comet with it's 17 pounder was as good as it got for the allies.  Lower profile then the Sherman, and the 17 pounder was a known tiger killer.

The sloping armour on the T34's was revolutionary in tank design, unfortunatly for the russians the muzzle velocity of the tiger's 88 was so high that the sloping armour did not work. The germans were shocked when they put their mk III's and IV's against them with no effect. Tank design was always a compromise of armour, firepower and weight. The russians got it almost right with thier JS2, but kt's could still penetrate with the right shot. Me, i like the comet, decent fire power and speed, in a box though..

Not so much for their effectiveness in combat, but that they had an interesting Canadian connection, I would like to see a 1:16 Churchill -  a great disappointment for the Calgary Tank crews at Dieppe, but when converted to flame throwers later in the war, were quite impressive. I think those versions came with an armored fuel trailer.

I would also find the Valentine an interesting kit. They were built in Montreal during the war in large numbers, but never used by the Canadians. All production was shipped to Russia.

Didn't the French have a tank in 1940 that completely outclassed everything the German Army had at the time, but for some reason the French deployed the tank poorly and never saw fit to install wireless equipment in them???...

the centurion saw combat against the panzer 4 and also stug 3 .... in 1967 6 day war between israili and syrian forces ..

round and about the goland heights ...

there's surposed to be a few knocked out hull there but even now its still very much off limits to all

the p4 wer upgunned with i beleve the russian 100mm d10 gun

and the stug 3 fitted with su 100 guns again i beleve to be the d10 gun ...

i wounder if there any member for that region that can commet ??
