Since you don't run all tanks together, for the sake of saving money, why not buying less batteries than tanks? H/L stock batteries are prone to spoiled if you don't use them for long time.

I actually rotate upgraded batteries I have 15 tanks and currently rotate 10 packs plus I have several 3000mah spares that I keep on hand in my shop so you are on the same page. I don't currently have any stock Heng Long batteries in service. My lipo packs are by far the best runners for my upgraded electronics and large speakers.

SteelBird you are on the right track with the cost of the batteries it would benefit someone to keep fewer on hand. I happen to be a bit more of a spender and sadly like having too much stuff.
