Will give about 3 shots with 1 really good and 2 fairly good effects of smoke before it trails off to nothing. Then shoot 2 or3 bb's to clear out the barrel so any residue left in it can't harden up.
Never had a problem with the stuff gumming up the airsoft bb chamber, but haven't driven tanks very far before firing them.
Run the tank around for a couple of hours and you could fire currant buns. :haha:

Hi, Gary
I think I might have suggested this technique back in a thread we shared in March..viewtopic.php?f=1&t=19475&p=176258&hili ... er#p176258
but it's great that you've followed through on it, and also made a nicely edited film of the outcome. I think there's also a ref there to an earlier thread where some ingenious pyromaniac had found a means of electronically firing gunpowder in the barrel to simulate a gun flash. For all those not in clubs, and not engaging in IR warfare..authentic barrel action is the way to go...especially with airsoft tanks (my choice too)..and they may find these archived links interesting :eh:
Good to see you posting again. Hope the domestic problems have resolved themselves..
