nice job you have done there but one thing i have noticed the sprockets look a little low to me the gap between the track and the upper hull no my kt is a lot less than on your kt

It looks like I need to raise the Impact gearboxes up on the DT brace some to get the sprockets up a little higher .Ok ive got it higher its a little better to go higher more will have to get some longer screws added 1 extra washer per stand off and DT gearbox mount .

looking good jimmy thats a nice kt

are the impact boxes a straight swap out for the tamiyas just wondering why they are so low on the sprockets?

makes me want to dust off my static porsche k/t :D :D :D

Yes they just swap out they come with long and short stand offs having a little problem with mine between the Impact torsion bar suspension and th DT spring Idlers and the sprocket still looking low im not getting good turns yet the sprockets want to slip in the metal tracks .

looking at the front end pic of your kt the suspension is set to low i have 30mm ground clearance on my kt

Septon due you have the Impact Torsion bar suspension in your KT I think I may need to re do the adjustment there first to get the height right .

no i have the kit Torsion bars in my kt but i had  Schumo Torsion bar suspension which the Impact Torsion bar suspension is copyed from in my tiger 1  i found them a pain to set up and took them out
