Was looking on the hobby raw site
They have a Heng long and a trumpeter 1/16
T 34
The trumpeter is w recoil. Are they any good or would a metal
Wheeled Heng long be a better buy?

LOL...If you want to wait half a year for the tank to arrive and sketchy contact...get the recoil

If you want something fast with excellent messaging...Get the all metal version...especially if you plan to change out all the internals ..as you can add a more authentic recoil later

KV is a peach, I think you'll be happy with either.
Or wait for the Trumpeter T90

I take it hobby raw isn't the greatest vendor?
I think I will go with the heng long, the taigen is nice but a bit pricey.
Still working on the darn tiger so really shouldn't get another at the moment

Let's just say Hobby Raw is a vendor

...OK...but for me never again lol.....Took almost five months for them to ship My T34 when it first came available ....I kept emailing them...asking ..what's up with the shipment....got the same answer after a week of waiting for one...that being ..."Don't worry ...we are a worldwide distributor "

...The only silver lining was I had ordered the all plastic version....and they sent me the one with metal gearboxes

...I chalk that up to Karma
The metal version I was referring to is the HL(the link I gave you earlier)...with the metal running gear and new 3rd gen rig ...That seller was right on!

...when I asked questions he would answer the next day....and put his personal guarantee I would like the M1...Suffice to say....the tank arrived in less than a week from Cali...and the rest is history....one of the best experiences I've had with someone I never met or dealt with before...we even just chatted for weeks after the tank arrived ...I asked if he did global...but he said not really...reason I didn't put them in the Recommended seller list
