Managed to talk to the boss of the place I am hoping to secure a booking with and they are going to discuss at a meeting and let me know.

Had an answer today about hiring the hall - the answer was yes.
Now awaiting costs to make sure it's viable.
Date put forwards by them was January 23rd, Saturday.
I'll update this once I have more info.

Hi Brian, we picked the easiest place for most to get to, some coming from Maidstone, Eastbourne, Heathfield and Sevenoaks so tunbridge wells looked best and it's the place I know someone.
See if you can make it?
I've got to confirm when I have approximate numbers and time to plan

Count me in......I'm in Bexhill on sea. I'm working on a basic bridge that I'm happy to bring along. It's not finished.......but I'll make sure it is for the meet up.

I honk the first meet will give us an idea of regular numbers and then we can all sort out village accessories after that, houses, trees etc
Hall cost is £10 per hour so will split between total numbers.
