I agree ....reason I could be patient with this purchase...especially after reading some of the early reviews ...think it was the "package" that sold me...the deal was pretty sweet...if I do get the Challie....I'll do the same thing ...these modern tanks are so big...not sure I'll have enough room to house them loljackalope wrote:Hmmmmmm......... not sure if I want to get into modern armor.

PATIENCE is the key with these HENG LONGs ....If the Challie came out of the block with a model like this one the story might be different...but I think the molds for metal parts take time to make...so basically It's just better to wait for a complete packageedpanzer wrote:I love the old stuff Terry I only want one modern tank the challenger 2 kt next for me I think
I used to get frustrated when debris got sucked into the motors...basically had to trash a bunch of them in time...took the fun out of it ...Tanks are fine with me loljackalope wrote:For years I had nitro powered monster trucks, nitro awd race cars with 3 speed transmissions, planes, helicopters and even a couple speed boats and they all had 1 thing in common, they'd constantly need to be fixed because they were so fast they'd get damaged badly should I push them too far or zig when I should have zagged.
Got tired of breaking shit all the damn time! I know I'd be jumping an M1 and seeing how far it'd fly. Nope not gonna buy another tank just to mod it and it get wrecked.
Hell my slow WWII German beasts get broken and they run at walking speed, couldn't imagine how bad I'd break them if they went fast.
Don't need patience Alpha I have a crappy job lack of funds beats patience hands downALPHA wrote:PATIENCE is the key with these HENG LONGs ....If the Challie came out of the block with a model like this one the story might be different...but I think the molds for metal parts take time to make...so basically It's just better to wait for a complete packageedpanzer wrote:I love the old stuff Terry I only want one modern tank the challenger 2 kt next for me I think![]()
