The last shot shows the turret ring gear and the turret rotation point is wrong. I know how to fix the turret ring by machining a brass plate, but the upper hull mod done on many heng long plastic needs to be done here.

Priority is to get it running then start scaling.

El Mod.... comes with USB for computer connection/upload etc. Built in sound card ready for 8 ohm speakers, cool sounds you can download and some gear change simulations for the motors. Handles 2 motors at 10A, safety cutoff and loads of other programmable stuff. I will eventually run the El Mod with an Arduino board and attempt to make it autonomous.

Wont be needing the board yet so its staying in the bag!

Tracks, can anybody tell me what type of tracks they are?

And finally for tonight........

I did see a thread about using solder paste and will be getting some Carr's 188 solder paint.

I have a small milling machine, mini lathe and other stuff that will help with the build, dont expect rapid progress.... you should see how long my car build has been running.

Any comment on what is stuffed inside the turret?

Excellent early tiger 1 is what I want to build, the wheels are early I think.

I wanted a bb shooter, I need to open up the turret and look inside I assume the turret has a gun elevation servo???? lets find out....
