As an FYI for those on the North American continent:

UK price for TK-22 from Tankzone = 107USD including shipping, buying the same from the Portuguese shop is the same but PLUS shipping of 7 or 8 USD.

So bearing in mind high VAT (sales tax) Clark TK-22 can be had in Europe for similar amounts to the US - If people WANT to pay over the odds from Germany, they're free to do so :D

Hello Shaun,

I hope you ordered the jumpers too as they do not come with them. You'll need one to power the board and another to program. Or, you can make your own jumpers using a 2 pin js plug with wires attached to make the jump. Some have hooked their smoker switch to the spot on the board where the jumper would be installed. I've had nothing but trouble with my Clark. Could never get it to program. But, lots of people have them as you know and love them. I'm very happy with my first IBU2.

Kiaser, me too. The IBU2 is much easier for me to figure out. I will be purchasing another.

???? There was nothing I had to do to the 8 pin. To get barrel flash, I had to remove 2 wires from one of the 5 pins because the IBU2 doesn't need them.

Ah, OK, the rest of the story. Was the conversion difficult?

Hallo HARLEY, Welcome to the Forum, and thank you for your kindness, but a Canadian hero already came to the rescue.
The thing about CLARK Control Boards which you might not know is that they need programming before putting them to work, and a particular TV Remote made by SONY is used to do the programming, but it has to be a particular model remote and they are in great demand and not easy to find.
As you are new here I hope I am not insulting your intelligence by explaining about control boards?
They are at the heart of a R/C Tank and the HENG LONG/TAIGEN/and TORRO Tanks control boards are quite limited in their functions, So a lot of us using such products as the IBU2/Pro or the CLARK control boards upgrade our Tanks to make them more efficent, For Efficent, substitute FUN :haha: shaun

It has to be RM964 or clone equivalent. I have been buying them bulk for our tank club and also seeing some on this forum for those who needs them.

As some of you know because I did not wish to buy a CLARK BOARD from the British licencee, with help from EDPANZER I ordered it and 4 receiver connection cables from
http://www.heng-long-panzer.de
I ordered the board on the 6th May and it arrived today (11/05/15), I offer a word of advise, DO NOT ORDER 4 RECEIVER CONNECTION CABLES! I am now the proud owner of 8 of the things!!! :{ :/ :haha: the board comes with them already plugged in and no need to go searching the www for "JUMPERS" yes that also is already in place.
So any doubts whether another dealer can sell CLARK boards to a British address have been settled.
A full colour 7 page pamplet is included which is great as far as I am concerned, but if you cannot read German you will have to download the English language version from the website, the address is given on the front page of the Pamplet.
Now to see if the thing works? shaun
