Thanks for the reply. I've removed my Taigen smoker and will try your idea.

Seem to have survived the heat. Last Saturday's battle day was on a very hot day, probably 35 degree+ at ground level. The hot glue stuff came loose (i.e. front spare track is hold on by hot glue) but the smoker seems fine with servo tape. Incidentally I noticed that the Heng Long T34/85 out of the box also used two sided tapes for the smoker at the exact same position.......

Looks cool!
You should consider replacing those road wheels with the solid 1942 version that came with that Trumpeter kit. Those wheels came out in 1944 on the T-34/85.

Nice job.
I am in the middle of finishing mt T34/85 build. I have the IBU2 Pro in mine and my TARR Mk1 smoker sits between the gearboxes. What electronics are you using?

Thanks Fluke, the chassis has Clark and funny enough I needed a T34 chassis for a project so I bought a Heng Long T34/85 and keep the top as well to share with this T34/76. I found out that the T34 turret is just too small and too fragile for battling, so the T34/85 upper will be its evil twin when it comes time to shoot he bad guys.

I know what you mean with the T34/76 turret being small. I haven't had a problem with it being fragile, but it is hard to fit all the wiring and servos in. I have just removed the IR battle gear from mine. Might try the RC Tanks Australia ASP and Piranha ir emitter/receiver. Looks to be a lot smaller.
Cheers
