edpanzer, yep, just short of an hour the tank sounded like it was struggling on the mud so I figured enough was enough :p Then I went online and bought a better battery and charger
Kiaser, I'll be sure to pick the tank up and do a runner if they come aknockin' :p As for the smoker, I don't have a specific filler tube, the instructions say to pour it down the exhaust tube, which even for a beginner seemed a little strange, maybe I'm just fretting needlessly :p

I'll just leave it until I get a new bottle so I can fill it easier Says to fill the smoker with 2-3ml on the first time and 5-6ml thereafter, I probably didn't even get one ml in, think I got more on the exhaust than down the pipe haha :p

I noticed when I opened the tank that Taigen have used a hot glue gun to hold the speaker in place, but I'll be wanting to swap that out for a better quality one in the future, maybe this one http://www.rctank.de/Loudspeaker-XL-10-watt, but any clues as to how to remove the glue?

A Lot ahah it looks like they've tried it on the RX board too, luckily it never stuck to the chassis, instead the RX is covered in glue hah but I'll be changing that for a Clark TK22 at some point anyway, so not too much trouble
I myself was a bit bewildered and wondered why they'd even bothered doing that, maybe to stop any modding? But I'll use the link to help me remove it when the time comes

Aha it should yeah! I got my battery this morning from Amazon, unfortunately it won't fit in the battery cut out, the cables are thicker than on the stock battery, which is making it an uber tight fit, I just can't get the battery cover on, any which way I've tried it just won't fit, it's a right pain I can't see any noticeable difference in size between the 4700mah and the stock 2000mah, maybe one millimeter or less, and a significant weight difference, it's just the cables are too thick so I can't shut the damn thing aha Think I'll just have to stick with the stock battery for the time being :p

Edit: Also, I've just took the tank out, unfortunately rolled over some dog poop, so I've had to take the tracks apart and clean the nastiness off the particular pieces of track, but while it was undone, I added in the spare pieces of track that came with the tank
Now the tracks run along the top of the road wheels, what I imagine an actual tank tracks to do, whereas before it was pretty tight and just touched them, the other thing is, the track now clings to the sprocket when I spin, but at full 'throttle'(?) forward it's fine Seem like a good idea to keep the extra track pieces or revert to stock? thanks again

Couldn't you just trim a bit of a hole where the battery cables are so you can poke the excess cables through and free up some space??

Hi! Cutting into my 4 day old tank makes me nervous ahah the battery compartment is, according to my measurements, 14.2cm long, the stock battery is 13.7cm long, inclusive of the black lip of which the battery wires protrude, same goes for the 4700mah, the stock battery is 2.5cm thick and the 4700mah is 2.5, possibly 2.6ck thick, it's just the cables that are the trouble To squeeze the battery in the cables are at a literal 90 degree angle

Also, what do you make of the tank track pieces I've added? I'll add a picture later on
