Like the texture you got on the gloves ...they actually look pretty warm

....not sure you know this trick Ardennen... but if you want to straighten that barrel a little ...all you have to do is apply some heat with a blow dryer ...one that has a cold shot feature is even better as you can cool it quickly when whatever needs straightening is where you want it

Didn't realize Alpha lived in HI. (or maybe I forgot?)
Best vacation of my life. I'll never forget Pearl Harbor, BB-63 and Hanauma Bay.
The figure looks great Ardennen. The painting is fantastic, the face very lifelike!
Can you bend resin with heat? Never tried. Seems like it warps often?

Hello an many thanks
@doc larsson: I use da-Vinci brushes, the 1526Y series. Normaly 0 and 00 for fine or very fine details.
@ SovereignZuul: Yes I can bend resin with heat - such alpha described it
@Alpha: Thank you, this trick is well known
Here´s one preview picture of the figure - more if the Base is finished.....
Regards,
Erik

I figured you would know the blow dryer trick...yes it's been common knowledge for a long long time lol....especially with modellers that work with resin and PVC figures a lot .... You are clearly a veteran of the craft...but just thought I'd throw that out there ....you know ...just for the heck of it just in case
The figure looks fantastic! You going to put some debris for added detail?

Thank you alpha
You going to put some debris for added detail?
It will be a small winter landscape. The figure ist a soldier of the 5th Fallschirmjäger Division near Wiltz/Lux during the battle of the bulge
Cheers!
