Hi Joe,
No worries you are very welcome my friend.
I'm not quite sure where you got that stock number from or which shop it's from so couldn't help on that front.
However, I purchased mine from RCTank.de and the stock number is TOKT360IR.
Dominique is the point of contact for the above.
There are only two places that sell it though with the black steel gears and that's the above and Tankzone.
You should purchase one, wink wink nod nod.

I'd like to get one eventually. Looking at the IMEX web site, they make no mention of the metal turret or the 360 degree. I'm starting to wonder if those are only available on your side of the pond. Shipping would be to prohibitive I believe. Anyone who has purchased a Torro KT stateside please chime in. I'd sure like to know if the ones being sold here have the metal turret with the 360 degree capability.

Joe,
Give Gene at Artistic Hobbies a call and ask him which version of the Torro KT that they are carrying there. It's pricey enough to be the metal version with the 360 turret.
regards,
Painless

Pricey for sure Painless. Yes, I'll give Gene a call in the morning. I don't have a single Tiger tank, thought I'd make the KT my first, but I want the right one. I know the ones in the box are only available overseas but that's OK. I do want the version that Merlin has however.

Hi Merlin 707, lovely looking tank you've got there. I have to agree with you about the quality of Torro tanks, I got my all metal Tiger 1 in an ammo crate just before Christmas and am well happy with it as standard, although I will probably do some mods at some point but am more than pleased with it.

Hi Mick e thanks for the comments, the quality really is good.
I'm contemplating getting a Torro Tiger or SturmTiger but unsure which as they both look amazing models.

the only thing I did to mine was put jp400 motors in it but I love them straight out the box great models as for my next I'm still tipping towards the Tiger 1 or the T-34 but tigers winning at the min . but as for your next merlin my vote is the tiger

Hello Merlin, I've done some research on the Torro KT since your u boxing. I've found out that the 360 degree turret is not available in the US but is coming. I've spoken with Gene T Artistic Hobbies and have been placed on a waiting list.

Hi Joe, that's a bit rubbish that it's not available on your side of the pond yet. I suppose in some small way the waiting list helps. Have you a delivery forecast or is it just a waiting game?
Hi Edpanzer I'll be up for some pack hunting, I'm sure we could field an unstoppable force.
Hi Horses, think I've finally tipped towards the SturmTiger. My reasons are I already have a Tiger, however this way I'm technically getting best of both.
