The only thing I have managed to get out of him is parcel force, but no tracking number.
When I've contacted parcel force, they inform me that neither address is registering on there system and that no parcel is destined for me.
The plot thickens, as I am now concerned that I may have paid for a part that didn't exist, double that with the severe lack of comms from Jason or refusal to give a tracking number leaves me with serious concerns.

I didn't want to go down this route however I am left with no other choice.
J doesn't do Tracking  ...even though Ebay suggests sellers do....The parts do exist.... J is pretty honest about that...if he has it it is the only time he will list it ...Just like forgebear ....it's probably one of the reasons I don't order too many Tamiya parts...though at least now I know there is an outlet on the continent ;)

Hi Alpha,

Jason does do tracking as my first consignment Had a tracking number but only when pushed did he give it.
He has confirmed that the second consignment has also gone through the same courier of parcel force so there will be another tracking number.

You must be special Merlin :haha: ....He never put tracking on mine ...took forever ....thought about opening cases on him...but they always came...J is a funny guy... like I said...little rough around the edges ...but for the most part he's pretty honest...just takes a little time to get used to his style :D

I wouldn't mind getting used to his style if he were on here and we were discussing tanks or something but not when I've paid for a product and he doesn't have the decency to help out with after sales.

You have to admit though Merlin...it isn't really his fault the parts have to be redirected right.... ;)

Right from the offset I said it wasn't his fault.

The issue I have is his poor comms and inability to respond to a simple request for tracking details so that I am able to resolve the issue my end.

This could have been a simple issue to resolve but it's turned into a major issue.

Yup ...you did... but can't help the way J is.. he's like that with everybody I think ...sometimes you just have to take it in with a huge grain of salt ..grin a little and bear it ;)

Hope everything works out for you..it is a rather tricky situation

I love the White stuff but it pretty much brings the UK to a standstill as they are not equipped to deal with it.
Double that with the fact no-one gets any tuition on how to handle a vehicle in those condit and you have a recipe for disaster.
