Alpha,
I'm not sure that the Tiger hull width ones would work. No go on Jay's but he will get them back in stock soon.

Well if you're not in a rush... I think that's who'd I'd get them from...the guy has fare prices... and his shipping isn't too steep... it's just his communication lol...he kind of cracks me up
Where the Tiger plates too short or long... if they were long you could always cut them with a dremel

Real torsion bars are round. I mean the ones on real cars, trucks and tanks. Well at least all the ones I've seen that is.
Quick question, why would my Taigens hull suspension arm be loose? And how do I tighten it up? It only wiggles a little nothing horrible I'd just like it to be tight like the others are.

Alpha,
I believe that the Tiger blades are too long. I was unsure that the steel could be shortened without damaging the tension of it. Jackalope, where is the arm loose? Where it enters the lower hull or where it attaches to the torsion bar or is there a small arc of motion before the compression is felt?

Painless

Yup real torsion bars are round... difference between the real thing and the one's on these tanks is that on a real torsion bar the ends are forged... uniform with the bar itself.... these are simply bent to form "O" s on the ends...it would have been a better design if they had use slightly thicker rods... and put lock nuts to clamp down on them ...It would also make them much easier to adjust
Your arms could be loose because the shrink wrap on the end of the spring came off ...I notice mine had a lot of play when the black rubber came off the end where the rod enters the suspension arm

That's not a problem painless.... just use the carbide cutter to trim the edge... if you are worried about heat...wrap a wet paper towel on the spring

The arm wiggles on the torsion bar, the bars themselves are all nice and tight.

Good Morning, Jackalope,
It sounds like Alpha has discerned the cause of your issue. Check for that rubber on the end of the hook on the offending arm.

Painless

Its just the 1st one on the left side and enough that the 2nd can rub the axle and has rubbed all the paint off of it. I mean the tank runs fine its just I'd like to fix it. Thanks Alpha and Painless.
