Just a few added details before paint

The LED was really nicely tucked away on this one... so I got some 18 gauge aluminum and hammered it out till I got a blackout shade

The Tamiya spare Tracks were better detailed than the Heng Long... so I decided to use them

That's pretty much it... she's all ready to go under color

Greetings Painless.... she's not close to what Professor Phil did to his...But she is at a point were I am satisfied...just like Goldilocks..and how she searched for that bed that suited her... this Panther for me is at that point...not stock...not super detailed...but just rightPainlessWolf wrote:Good Evening,

She's been test run on one of my toughest areas and passed with flying colors...I really like this one

looking very good ALPHA, I like the detail work you have done.
Re: Another QUICKIE..that's not so QUICK
Nothing much in comparison to your PE Tiger Scalawag...just tried to balance and sort through the rough detail stuff Heng Long provides...But I also like the final outcome...simple as it isscalawag wrote:looking very good ALPHA, I like the detail work you have done.

PAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just showing why I decided to go with this turret vent...it had small apertures ...where the Heng Long was molded to the turret
not to say the Tamiya turret would have been much better... as it must have been totally flat where the vent went...since there was two molded pins that I cut off to secure it

Thought about drilling out the teeth of the spare tracks.... passed on that idea as it might make them more fragile

Now she's looking stock again

It is looking REALLY great, Alpha. Now, all it needs is proper markings and for the tank commander to transfer vehicles. -Mike
