M36 Jackson build -
I'm finally making the last details of the M36. I have not had much time to work on the model, but gradually he is getting ready. I complete re-work the recoil system - Thanks to MichaelC. Now I would like some opinions on a detail that I built using the same principles used in the hull (scale), but it does not seem quite right. The rack side circled in red in the photo below.
Despite having applied the formula to upscale model of the AFV Club from 1/35 to 1/16, It seem to have become very large. I found photos of M36 with various sizes of this piece. What do you think? Needs to be redone?

Good evening,
CF, I do not have a problem with the rack. It shows great skill. The only things which even stand out the slightest are the mounting points. Your work is an overall striking representation of the M36.

Painless

You're right about the mounting points. I'll remake them. Thank you.

Small additions made ??in the M36. Rework the mounting points and build some minor details. Hope can make more on the next week.

Re: M36 Jackson build.
I have been unable to update frequently the M36 project. Basically for two reasons: first, the difficulty in getting parts here in Brazil and second because I needed to travel to Rio de Janeiro.
It's boring to stay with the project stalled ...
but the trip was great!

Fred,
Sweet on the VVSS. Nicely detailed metal on the transmission cover as well! I've got to build one of those cable clamps today so your photo is extremely timely ;o)

A minor update to the M36. My last - I hope - attempt to reproduce the armor fixing points. It's a really hard detail to reproduce - especially with the lack of materials.

Fred,
You did an amazing job not only with the armor mounts but with the vehicle overall. I'm still looking forward to seeing it in final paint with weathering. Will you also build an ammo trailer for it?
