No didn't know that I see a lot of the time they use there own cars or vans!!!

Yeah the past step the parcel takes always seems to be via a private courier. My biggest gripe is you can't bob down to a depot to collect, however since I moved into a proper house that not been an issue.

What's the time difference between where you all are and the time stamp on the board?...man...if it's only 1pm there...Briz you got lots of time

Well another day and STILL no parts been onto Hermes to complain but they said they could not help me .They said Dave has to contact them so they can sort it out!!!. When I checked the parcel had been on there're van since 6AM yesterday so it's been lost or stolen. Will wait for Dave to contact me with some news but it doesn't look good. Keep you all posted. Don't dispare yet. Last time I talked to Hermes I think I just told them I was the sender!
