Hi mate thanks for your comments , the tools were reletevley easy just took of plastic handles and drilled a small hole then used cocktail sticks .

i have a couple of spare tools i will give it a try, do you just varnish the cocktail sticks

Hi , Yer you can do beleive it or not but I used the rust colour in the Tamiya finishing kit
But to be honest yest varnish or a wood stain to darken them may be ?

Hi ive re done the cammo design as I wasnt happy with the other one it was to dark and the brown and green areas to large . when you look at Panthers I Normandy they look very washed out . So Ive changed the design . Ive still got some more fading and weathering to do .

Hi all Im any coments on this cammo is welcome either way as Im still not 100% convinced . But if I can fade down the colours a bit more especialy the green . It might look better? Ive never done this so will have to view the other relevent posts?

Im planning on polishing and varnashing this. Ive had an attempt at the tank number . Its not perfect by far but for this build Im happy with it. I printed the number out on my PC and then cut out the number making a stencil . I painted white then the red . I did have some paint go outside the template but I just touched that up . I then weathered them so they looked fainter .

Not perfect by far but for this build Im happy . On my other builds I will probaly buy the decals.

looks good to me, dont forget they didnt apply them all with stencils, some numbers were put on in field with a brush

Hi Ice , thanks mate yer I have seen tanks with numbers painted over numbers . A lot of Panthers seem to have numbers that look faint to.

looking good, you can not see all the hard work that has gone into your build,its a credit to your building abilities nice panther. :~ :~
