Kiaser wrote:True just venting :haha: :haha: O/S is great tracking is excellent from overseas carrier but these guys being Auspost kill the tracking  so eg something from US can leave JFK AIrport travel half way round the globe in two days perfect and then it hits AUS Kingsford Airport Sydney and that is it two weeks :/ to travel 6 hrs down the road .

HERE IS THE ICING ON THE CAKE

Even when it passes customs they send all the mail to our pollies capital Canberra for a week to have some grommet go through the people's parcels then send them back to Sydney to be sent to recipients .

Now that is priority mail :haha:

So for example you check there tracking site here they only have point of pick up NEW York three weeks ago  check O/S tracking site they record these Aussie bludgers have it :O
The upside to being where you are is ...I think you all there have more available parts carriers than most other places aside from the UK and Germany...it's not to say the US doesn't have shops...they just don't carry the good stuff :'(

Patience plays in waiting for someone in the States to put whatever they bought and waited for up for auction ;)

Thanks Kiaser....To be Honest though...Even if I had a Js2 in 1/16th..I'm not sure how much run time it would get....with my fleet of 18 tanks ...the ones I play with most are my favorites...my two Shermans ...and My KV2 ;)

RESEARCH TANK: CHI HE (Fine Molds)
Excellent Kit...much better chassis than the Tamiya Chi Ha...don't think this one can be translated to 1/16th though...there isn't much space in the Hull...so it would be very tight to fit any workings in it...

Tried some different shades of brown on this...and it isn't quite the GUP...set up...turns out the Chi Ha and this one need a chassis switch...the hull on this one is the Late version...the one on the Tamiya Chi Ha is the early ...unfortunately ...not sure if it is because of the different brand name...but you just can't switch the turrets without major surgery to the hull
All in all...some really good lessons learned ...well worth the price of the tank :D

LOL....Your Guess is as good as mine K Image...Haven't had the time yet to research those yellow strikes on the Japanese camo...seems totally illogical as you would think it would make the tanks better targets Image Image
