Good Morning, Gentlemen,
I looked for and saw a lot of Shermans with the Tiger demon paintwork and this example of the M46 Patton depicted on the cover of the Squadron book ( http://www.firstdivisionmuseum.org/muse ... k/M46.aspx ) but not a lot on the M26 Pershing. It's a great idea, Alpha but I think I can get away with being a little more subdued with this tank. After the extensive work on the 'Crackerbox Palace', I am ready for some simple pin washing and weathering. ;o) There will be detail aplenty to catch the eye similar to 'Maxene' and 'In The Mood'.
warm regards,
Painless

Hello all! Finished putting on the last of the parts last night. Tracks are a little tight with the new metal suspension arms up front but not overly so. They loosen up quickly with wear, something that I noted with the first set years ago. The new HL 2.4GHz set requires a steady hand. The tank can get twitchy in a hurry if you start moving the stick around a lot. Got around to doing the markings as well. Only stowage and weathering left. I'm already looking forward to the next build. ;o) Pictures:
