B-12 owes a lot to you and your metal working skills. The tank as it sits, is repaired and I have options for a permanent fix thanks to you. Once the periscope guard thing is complete, I think I can move on to other projects. I have that Taigen Tiger1 kit, the early StuG III B, Sassgrunt's 1/15 resin StuG kit and a 1/6 Stuart all awaiting my time and effort this year. ;o)

No worries Painless... ;) ...got lots of projects myself...hands will definitely be busy this year :D

Just about time to move on. The remaining order from ETO arrived today. I'll post a pic of the replacement periscope guards installed and B-12 will be left to drive and shoot in peace for a while.

Done and done. ;o) I'm finally feeling ready for new tanks and new challenges now. The wreck and the repair had really been weighing me down and taking away my enthusiasm. Pictures:

Gentlemen,
( Where? Where? ) Seriously tho', thanks guys. ;o) What a total PITA ( and we're not talking about a flour wrap sandwich ) any wreck and repair is. Herman, keep the little darlings well away from your ongoing work, pets as well. Joe, best advice I can give is set them up and away from troublesome fingers and paws. I'm into the beginnings of the early Stug now and am awaiting delivery of a high end metal Taigen Stug III to be the base for this next effort. Feels really good to be moving forward again.
regards,
Painless

PainlessWolf, your effort, and then re-effort on B-12 has been an inspirational journey for me. Best of luck on your next build.

Painless Wolf,

Yours is a wonderful build--a great testament to this tank. I am partial to the Pershing and bought the Tamiya kit when it first appeared.

Cheers, Tom
