About both crewmen of yours.
I have the same figure which you use as commander.
But I use him as gunner/loader or whatever he might be.
Using him this way, his right arm fits perfectly outside that hatch.
I will take a pic for you later.

I did not like the grinn on his face so I added a scarf, just as protection against the severe Eastern Wind at the Ostfront……
