That's great again Gary. Thanks for your effort with creating the videos - its a real pleasure to watch and hear your story.

Can't wait for the CO2 line to be installed.

  An amazing achievement so far, Gary, and bound to be a show stopper when painted. I like the tenacious way you've overcome every problem, and technical conundrum. You must have some dour Scottish ancestry in there somewhere :lolno: Mind you, the Germans were legendary for their dogged staying power too. Just one little observation. The movement sounds overall are fantastic, but while the MG has a movement sound, the cannon is silent when elevating or traversing. Is there a sound option/adjustment for it? Looking forward to the assault on the Tree :haha: :haha:
Roy.

Thanks for the kind words and support, Guys.

When it comes to sound, I wanted to use two of the three pots on the flysky i10 to control elevation and traverse on the main gun because I know I'll have much better control. That, unfortunately, meant giving up the sound feature provided by the IBU2. For the MG34 I'm using the servo elevation port on the IBU2, so that's really supposed to be main gun elevation you hear when the MG34 traverses. This is a case where it would pay to have proportional speed control for elevation, but the IBU2 doesn't offer that feature. I think the IBU3 might, but the 2 is more than the hippie brain can grasp as it is, can ya dig it? I'll have to ask Ian if there's a way to change those sounds. The sounds for turret traverse with engine off might actually be better for traverse on the MG34. Of course, I don't know how they operated the MG on the real thing, does anyone else? Was it hand cranked or motor controlled? The Hetzer is the only tank I've seen with such a remote controlled MG operated from inside the tank, but that doesn't mean there weren't others, I've just never seen them, and what I have yet to see could fill volumes. So now I wonder what it really sounded like when the guy in the tank moved the MG34 on top. The periscope and gear is easy to sort out, but I wonder how it sounded. Probably hand cranked and not much sound at all. Come to think of it, I don't even know who would control that gun. The loader, maybe? Man, now I gotta learn more stuff. See what ya started, Highlander? You're makin' me think, and that makes my head hurt! @) @)

Gary the late Stug III had the same or similar remote controlled MG. Hope that helps you. Not sure if the the Stug iv did also. Maybe this will help you expand your search. also I wonder if the IBU2U that I love would be better suited for your hetzer. Since it's 8ch and very flexible. Check with Ian

Excellent, Carl, thank you. Looks like I can put the MG traverse back on the shoulder switch and 86 the sounds.
