I have already cut glass for the camera and am now making covers for the rear lights, but I will not copy them down to the last screw.....

I certainly understand and agree with your opinion & outlook on the tail light covers!!.....thet are way too much hassle for me as well.
I will do some sort of cover but no way the same as those
Also want to do a bit of trial with clamps on the barrel thermal sleeve to improve the look.
But again, not going near your top-shelf achievement.

Barrel sleeve clamps are on but they are rough.
Certainly not anywhere the quality work of Mr Pavel, but the purpose is served.
Hoping to be saved by the paint to soften the Sins!!

A few holes in the expansion tank and another clamp on the end of the barrel....
