Looks terrific Bix! Another one that inspires. Like the mud effect that seems just right.

It has a nice glopaucity to it. Sooooo, about that bucket--does it have yellow, blue, and red flowers on it? Did they swipe it off some little kid at the beach? Typical MKIV play!

Mike.

Thanks Mr Ecam, I think it needed it.

The bucket has the number of flowers on it that marks the tank model in order of when it was built. All of mine do apart from the Bedspring T34(the Kremlin) and the T90 (The Russian Federation Flag) As the actual model number 5 is destined to be reborn as a Jagdpanzer IV/L48 it will have a different one, so this can replace number 5 even though its later
When I was in Germany ages ago I did see lots of brightly decorated buckets, some of which had flowers on them that gave me the idea.

Speaking of donor, the T.C. from B11 is now in his new mount.
Hes a very old Verlinden figure that came in a set which a mate of mine painted.
Although hes a bit of a show-pony with all his bling, I think that being a senior veteran at this stage of the Eastern Front , hes earned the right to look the part!!

He could be swapped out for an alternative at some point, but for now at least, hes rollin ;)

Your friend did a first class job on that figure. As you say he's a senior/veteran so the bling is fitting. I'd say he caught a good mount!

The quality of figures in recent posts has me wanting to get back to painting 120 mm Menschen. Bix, I am away from my books today, but I cannot recall the Panzer Pink piping all the way around the hat. It that an officer’s custom-tailored blingification?

He is a fancy boy! Correct piping according to the Squadron "Tank and AFV Crew Uniforms Since 1916" book, but still a fancy boy!
Your friend is a very skilled painter, Mr. Bix.

Mike.

Oh if this guy puts it on in pink, then it will be correct.
Hes that kind of person.
