Today's progress. To all that have been following along many thanks

I installed the lower hull base plate. Mounted and aligned the front gearboxes. The front sprockets are fitted and the drive Axels attached to the sprockets. As I move along slowly the next step is the attachment of the suspension system and road wheels.
Amazing how much weight has been added simply by mounting the transmissions and base plate.
Stay tuned.....
Cheers
Carl

Yes I'd say from a small company they have really impressed me Mr Painless.
Mr Herman thank you. I think there are a few vendors selling some form of 1:16 hetzer parts but this could be a nice hetzer base with a bit of retooling

or build a Marder series tank hunter on this chassis

Following this one Carl.
The tanks is not to my taste as its a lighweight, not a big heavy metal monster

but your skills are well worth seeing.
Looking forward to seeing the little rascal in action.

Thank you Paul it's definitely a lighter weight than what we're used to but when I'm done it'll definitely be worth looking at it should be quite a runner

Keep up the good work, Carl! I'm pretty sure when Otto Carius first went into Russia during Barbarossa that he was a panzermanner on one of these. ;o)
